Born and raised in Melbourne with Greek heritage meant spending lots of time at family functions with everyone speaking loudly. I was quiet, shy and a good listener so everyone came to me when they had a problem and needed a sounding board. I was the optimist, flipping negative comments into positive comments and providing a different perspective.

I lacked confidence and had few aspirations, however I was inquisitive and loved asking questions.  Eager to learn, I read lots of self help books and completed a range of qualifications including teaching, education administration, conflict resolution and coaching.

As I progressed through my career, there were times I felt like a fraud however seemed to land on my feet. Applying my learning and continuing to develop my skills paid off. I faced my fears and when opportunities arose I put my hand up. It felt good to continue to learn and grow.    

My background includes over 25 years in education management and operations. Planning and delivery were key. Working with people across all levels of the organisation and developing teams to increase productivity. I have managed large scale operations at various Universities, been involved with system implementations, organisational change, policy and procedure review and development, and complaint resolution activities. Developing positive work relationships and collaboration assisted me to effectively progress activities across the organisation.  

I continue to develop personally and professionally. I am passionate about developing people and seeing them succeed. I would love the opportunity to help you achieve your career goals and aspirations.

In my free time I enjoy yoga, walking, reading and going to the movies.
